James Anshutz is a highly involved single parent to his two amazing children Bodhi and Sequoia...and everything revolves around them. As a Commercial Photographer and Creative Director, his work has won international awards and has been featured in multiple magazines and international trade publications. He is currently a Photoshop instructor for University of Hawaii's - Pacific New Media and Principal Photographer for his company Mise En Scene Pictures. His client list includes Sony Music Japan, Lululemon Athletica, Hyatt, Hawaii Pacific Health, Honolulu Symphony, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, Hana Hou! Magazine and many others.
Born and Raised in Florida, his career started out as a Music Producer and Radio/Club DJ ("with vinyl records!", he added). He graduated from Full Sail University in 1999 with a degree in Sound Engineering and multi-media production. In 2001, he left the radio business, passed up on a job with MTV in New York, and decided to "just move to Hawai'i instead". After spending a few years getting his feet grounded in the sand, he found his new creative passion, Photography and Photo Illustrations. Since then, he has published a National Award Winning Book on breast cancer survivors called The Survivor Spirit and currently has a sucessful commercial photography career.

Connie Florez
Producer
Connie M. Florez is a producer, writer, director and founder of Hula Girl Productions LLC. During her many years as an independent filmmaker in Hawaii and abroad she has gained both experience and respect in the world of television and motion picture productions.
Connie has produced the music videos & CD/DVD titled Hiromi In Love with Music Gate Inc. & Honolulu Symphony Productions. Another music score production by the Honolulu Symphony Productions includes the feature film Princess Kaiulani The music behind the scenes on the dvd is directed and produced by Connie as well. Executive producing the Honolulu Symphony Productions and released by Roadside Attractions & Lionsgate Home Entertainment on 2010.
Connie has acquired several awards throughout her career including the 2009 CINE Golden Eagle Award and The Accolade Competition for film, television professionals who demonstrate exceptional achievement in craft and creative storytelling, production value, artistry, purpose and overall excellence for the one-hour narrative film The Willing. Shawn Hyatt
Director of Photography/Camera
Edge City Films is the creation of Cinematographer Shawn Hyatt. He started the company in 1989 as an entity for his freelance work and as an outlet for independent films.
Award winning Cinematographer, Shawn Hiatt grew up on the mainland US before moving to Hawaii in 1985 to attend the University of Hawaii at Manoa, earning a B.A. in Broadcast Communications, with a concentration in Advertising.
Some of his recent clients and credits include; national spots for JEEP Tour of Duty, McDonalds, Steinlager; Disney, ESPN, ESPN2 , A&E Channel, NFL Films, and Aloha United Way. Regional work such as: Swedish American Hospital in Illinois, First Hawaiian Bank, Bank of Hawaii, American Savings Bank, Central Pacific Bank, Island Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Hawaiian airlines, and Sempra (a California energy company serving all of Southern California). Joseph is a freelance graphic artist/photographer in Dallas, Texas . He has worked as a photographer, retoucher, graphic artist for magazine layouts, print layouts, website construction, interactive media, brand consulting, and various other disciplines . Kecia Littman
Lead Makeup Artist
Kecia Littman has been a professional Makeup Artist for the past 12 years and is considered Hawaiia's Top Celebrity Makupo Artist. Her passion for makeup began early on when she performed as a singer and dancer in Honolulu. She took her makeup techniques off stage and into her day to day life, turning her dream into an exciting career as one of Hawaiia's most sought after beauty artists.
Her client base spans from New York, California, and Honolulu, Hawaii, where she currently resides.
High-quality applications and efficiency while on set are also top priorities. Tony Apilado
Art Director
Tony Apilado worked on Madison Avenue during the heyday of advertising. If TV's Mad Men came up with a story about an Art Director, born in Hawaii, who always drew palms trees in his TV storyboards, hoping they would shoot back home; that's Tony. He eventually moved back to Honolulu art directing ads, commercials, and movies. His latest work is The Haunama. This independent film was chosen to be the closing night movie at the 2013 Hawaii International Film Festival.
